I have been in business a little over 8 years but it’s taken the last 3 years of
refining our internal procedures and documenting data of 800+ events to get to
where I am today. I didn’t have a manual on how to handle a floral, event
production and design business but my team and I have created one. It is tried
and true and I want to save you the agony of learning lessons the hard way like I
did. I remember nights I worked until 3 am or didn’t sleep at all for 6-7 days in a
row because there was so much work to be done and I would come home from a
setup and my body would just feel broken, my feet would be burning and my
brain would be mush.
I have one or two nights a season now where I work past 9 pm the night
before an event, we do about 70 events a season. I am no longer worried about
completing items on a contract at install, upset brides, client complaints, finishing
setup on time, staffing appropriately, getting the right size vehicle to transport
inventory, wondering what to pay people and why some just don’t show up. This
past year I went to 14 out of 56 events and spent that time at home or with
friends watching the progress of my install on Instagram stories. I don’t need to
teach you creativity, that’s all you, but your business will fall apart if your
operations are not defined and able to handle growth.
I now have a killer team that helps me to see the bigger picture, organize,
create, and be the happiest version of myself for my clients and anyone who
comes through my doors to work for me. I want you to have the piece of mind
my team and I have built so that you can share your talent to the depths of it’s
capabilities (trust me it is bottomless!). Implementing even two items from what

One-on-One Mentoring
We are excited to offer one-on-one mentoring sessions with Sarah Khan for $500 per hour. We require a minimum of two hours to book - one hour for the first session and one hour for a follow up mentoring session. These mentoring sessions will take place via phone to discuss any specific part of your business.
